Returns

You may return a regularly priced item for a store credit as long as it is shipped back within 7 days from the date your order shows that it was delivered as per our FedEx tracking number. If 7 days have passed since your tracking number shows delivered, we are unable to offer you a store credit or exchange. Once your item(s) are received and inspected by us, we will issue you a store credit for the price you paid for the item, minus shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non returnable.

To complete your return, please contact us. We advise you to ship your item(s) back with tracking as we cannot credit you if we have not received your item(s) back and we are unable to verify that it was shipped within 7 days without a tracking number. Any item(s) not in its original condition or that is damaged/dirty will not be approved for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your store credit will be entered  in our system and it can be used anytime on any item. If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the above rules, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Preorders

Preorders are advanced purchases made on merchandise set to ship at a future date. We will ship your items out as soon as they arrive at our store. Your credit card is charged at the time you place your preorder as these items are reserved for you and taken out of our available inventory. If you need to return or exchange a preordered item, you will have 7 days from receipt of these item(s) to return. After 7 days have passed from when your tracking number shows as delivered, your item(s) cannot be returned.
